ALDI Las Vegas Landscape Improvement Project
Palm tree maintenance and fresh decorative rock helped deliver a clean, polished landscape ahead of the store’s grand opening.
Getting the Property Grand Opening Ready
Ongoing Landscape Maintenance
Desert Palms Landscaping was brought in to complete targeted landscape improvements at the ALDI location on S. Decatur Blvd in Las Vegas as the property prepared for its grand opening. Our work focused on refreshing high-visibility exterior areas and creating a cleaner, more polished appearance for customers arriving at the newly opened store.
The project included servicing 18 palm trees throughout the property and installing 5 tons of fresh ¾-inch Cherry Mist decorative rock in designated landscape areas. Our crews handled the necessary preparation, installation, debris removal, and final cleanup to leave the exterior landscape ready for opening day.
With a firm grand opening approaching, the project required efficient coordination and attention to detail to complete the landscape improvements while other final preparations were taking place throughout the property.
Project By The Numbers
Key Maintenance Challenges
5+ Years of Palm Growth - Several palms had accumulated more than five years of growth, creating a much heavier cleanup than a standard routine palm trimming service.
Grand Opening Deadline - The landscape improvements needed to be completed ahead of ALDI’s grand opening, making scheduling and efficient project execution important.
One Day Completion - Palm maintenance, rock installation, debris removal, and final cleanup all had to be coordinated so the entire scope could be completed within a single day.
Multiple Palm Varieties - The property included California Fan Palms and Canary Island Date Palms, requiring the crew to adjust the cleaning approach based on the size and characteristics of each palm.
