Project Breakdown

Desert Palms Landscaping completed a large scale commercial landscape restoration project at The Lexi Las Vegas focused on improving the property's appearance, safety, and long term landscape health. Our crews performed extensive tree removals, tree trimming, vegetation reduction, pathway restoration, weed control, debris haul away, and property wide cleanup throughout the hotel grounds. The project also included the maintenance and 138 palm trees, helping transform an overgrown landscape into a clean, professional environment that enhances the experience for hotel guests and staff. This project showcases our ability to successfully manage complex commercial landscaping projects while minimizing disruption to active businesses.

Key Project Challenges

Palm Trees Near Power Lines - Multiple palms required specialized trimming procedures due to proximity to overhead utility lines.


Trees Over Driveways & Guest Areas - Several trees had grown over vehicle access routes, walkways, and active guest areas.


Irrigation Infrastructure Issues - Palm root growth had begun impacting irrigation valves and surrounding irrigation components.


Active Hotel Operations  - Work was completed while the property remained fully operational with guests and staff on site.


Safety & Accessibility Concerns  - Overgrown vegetation, dead trees, and deferred maintenance created potential hazards throughout the property.
